      I was shocked too so I had to look it up. The four states are Hawaii, Alaska, Vermont and Maine

        I wonder how they define billboards, because there certainly are advertisements that are viewable from the highway in Alaska that are on signs (or buildings) and serve the same function as billboards.

      More than the number of states with all buildings shorter than 200ft (3).

      Less than the number of states that border 5 other states (5).

        Driving down from Québec to Vermont is a breath of fresh air. Only trees! And no signs for Bar de danseuses nues!

          I was thinking of how sad it is to go the other direction. Trees mountains and beauty in VT… Then enter NY and miles of ugly billboards take over

    It’s always crazy entering the US from Canada. We have billboards in Ontario but they’re usually just in the city and not all over. You enter the US and you just get overloaded with ads
