    “Last week, Pierre Poilievre attended yet another gilded fundraiser in his honour at the mansion of yet another billionaire. Then he promised to lower taxes for people making $1.4 million a year in capital gains,” said Singh.
    “Monday night he was at the mansion of people who make their fortune in cash-for-care privatized surgeries. Canadian need to know: what the hell did Pierre Poilievre promise them?”

    PP, courting the super rich? Planning to shutter the CBC so the public is forced to rely on oligarch propaganda “news” sources? Almost certainly being paid by, or ignoring people in his party being paid by, foreign actors attempting to subvert the Canadian government, privatise everything and strip all our resources?

      PP also copied Trump about the “2 genders”. Basically PP is doing the same thing as Trump, because he saw it works pretty well.

        Uuuuuuugh… it’s disgusting watching the same neo-nazi playbook that the GOP successfully just used being parroted by the Tories. Why don’t they just come out and say that they’re running on a platform of “let’s look at children’s genitals, not to check if the gender they state is what’s there, but because deep down what we really want is to diddle kids.”
        If you look at stats for how many GOP have been caught with CSAM, actively grooming and assaulting, or legitimately human trafficking children… it’s massive. Which makes me wonder about the Tories, are they just as vile as the people they’re emulating?

        There’s been, for the last few months, someone claiming (not that I don’t take them at their word, but…this is the internet) to be a CSAM investigator posting about the excitement in the pedo community over the gender check laws passed in Alberta. They see it as an all you can rape buffet. And I can’t help but feel like that’s the intention…
