I’ve worked with people like this before, they’re often some of the least productive individuals in the company. They take twelve hours to do what most people do in six and are constantly dicking around and dragging things out because they don’t want to go home, because they don’t have a life outside of work.

I’d feel sorry for the guy if he didn’t want to make everyone else as miserable as him.
