Not surprised in the least to see them turn on LGBT people. But EQUITY FOR BLACK PEOPLE is now too “political” to risk. I know I shouldn’t be surprised because one necessarily preceeds the other and yet. I hope Jeff Bezos gets ejected into space next time he takes a vanity space trip. Coward. Nazi suckup coward.
I really, truly, dislike this timeline.
Having work spaces that are inclusive of all, will draw all types of people to work there. And those work spaces are so, so much better off from the diversity.
Where I work is not perfect, but we have many different people there. And it is awesome working in these diverse groups. You really start to understand each other and come to better decisions to complete the tasks.
LGBTQ/POC people who get pissed off at LGBTQ/POC people for getting pissed off about rainbow capitalism be like.
not the same company, the same idea,
Someimes, a picture is worth a thousand wordsWait, just to get it straight (no pun intended): you think I am pissed about people who are pissed about rainbow capitalism?
No, but I’ve seen people who get pissed at people who get pissed about rainbow capitalism.
Then I’m not quite sure how your comment relates to my fake surprise meme response.
I’m saying that’s the expression they make when companies who practice rainbow capitalism suddenly turn around and abandon them.
Edit: I’ve always interpreted the meme in the past as, “person surprised at something no one else is surprised about”; though I could have the wrong interpretation, heh.
I hope this time we capture more than a precinct.
