    “No employees — be they the people who answer customer calls or nurses who visit patients in their homes — should have to fear for their and their loved ones’ safety,” Witty wrote.

    The nurses aren’t the ones being threatened.

    And it would be more efficient and less frustrating if the call center didn’t need to exist. Enact universal healthcare; get rid of these malevolent healthcare gatekeepers.

    us healthcare system is flawed because it allows us to fuck people over. I would love for us to not fuck people over, but what can we do, its allowed. Its a shame because totally don’t want to do it but that whole allowed to do thing thing amiright.
