This woman didn’t go back to the office. Maybe she didn’t have an office to begin with. Either way, she definitely wants to stay in the Zen and is clinging to the belief that she has the key to sharing the wonderful eye-opening experience with others through some sort of self-entrepreneurship like yoga or coaching instead of working 9-5.

Okay yes I see it now! “constantly move and flow with the changes” refers to her yoga studio demanding a return-to-office! So glad she is still able to hold that sanctuary through those changes.
