The cammer states they were found liable for this somehow, which is a bit wild. It’s somewhat unclear where the Jeep was going, but it looks to be turning left immediately after entering the road from the right.

    I think the driver had enough time to react and hit the brakes or swerve or something. Might have still hit, but that’s probably what the insurance company argued. They need to deny as many claims as possible right now, they’re all losing money

      They definitely seemed to be going fast on the footage, so perhaps that was the cincher for losing the fault. I can see how the Jeep could have mirror and shoulder checked and still missed this guy. That said, a left turn from the right lane is asinine. Oh well.
