Sweden would be more Beer Europe than Vodka Europe.
The beer part seems too narrow in general.
Ah yes Sweden, where you can’t even buy most beers from shop but they’re restricted to government monopoly shops that are open 3 hours a week on most inconvenient time
And no one in the world can write the name of the shop to find the closest one in maps

And just search for anything starting with “system”; the one of which there are several around you is the state liquor shop (which is more like an upmarket booze supermarket than any image the phrase “state liquor shop” would conjure up to most people from outside Scandinavia).
