B.C. Conservatives Leader John Rustad says it will be up to voters to judge his party's candidates as he stood by a pair whose remarks on Indigenous and Muslim people drew condemnation from election rivals and other critics.

He stands by the party member who made derogatory comments about indigenous and Muslim people.

Please judge him and find him wanting.

    For the love of god BC, don’t make the same mistake Albertans did and allow the Conservatives back in power. We’re straight up fighting christofacist ideology here now, they’ve ruined our renewable energy industry, taxpayers are getting stuck with billions of dollars of abandoned well cleanups because of Conservative incompetence. It’s overwhelmingly bad.

    Please, please go and vote for a rational party that wants the best for all of your people, even if they disagree with them.
