California will now require landlords of multi-family housing to give tenants the option to opt into having their rent payments reported to the credit bureaus.

    Assembly Bill 2747 only applies to buildings with at least 15 units.

    Bummer, I think our apartment complex is just a few units under that cutoff.

      My building is under the 15 units and they still offer it through their Resident Center app.
