Today I purchased Citterio Sliced Assorted Meat at Costco. This is my first time buying Italian Panini sliced assorted meats. Could anyone tell me that which is in my plate?

  • Sweet capocolla
  • Mortadella
  • Prosciutto cotto

    Mortadella has the chunks of fat 1

    Prosciutto crudo is 3.

      I was going to say #2 is definitely Capocolla so looks like we got it, thanks for the info on the other two, didn’t know those.

      Cotto, not crudo. Meaning it is boiled, not dry cured.

      Additionally, I’d say Mortadella is a baloney loaf with white (usually squarish) fat chunks included, and also often black peppercorns.
