Number 1 is Get Out but Insidious is a close second and Paranormal Activity 2 is not far behind

I like The Hunt (the 2020 film with Betty Gilpin, not the immensely bleak one with Mads Mikkelsen).

Maybe it’s just because Gilpin’s in it, but I’ve found it to be an enjoyable rewatch more than once.
