While it’d be neat to reduce our oil and gas extraction - and fracking LNG is a lovely green-washed bit of dirty energy hell - please remember that’s not the issue here.

People supporting workers - cleaning, cooking, driving, etc - are being victimized as they can’t easily seek new jobs without quitting the ones they have a riding out the job search without the income of their current one.

Note that while the article wants to appeal to charity, we’re going to remember all people are equal and avoid that logical fallacy.

So remember this isn’t an immigrant issue, nor an O&G issue about O&G, but just bastard CEOs milking the lowest economic class for risky work at shit pay.

Celebrate their win here, and hope they can get an even better job once we do shrink their employer to nothing. As LNG is still dirty as fuck.
