I have never heard anyone call BC the “Pacific Province” - that really sounds like someone from out east who had never thought of the west coast but knew Oregon was the Beaver State was put on the spot and made up something that sounded plausible.
Hah… they got it from the Wikipedia page, which looks like someone just made stuff up and linked it. Wikipedia cites a CashNetUSA 2019 blog article that’s already been taken down.
Came here to begrudgingly add that. A very cool guide. But as a near 50 year BC resident I’ve never heard that.

Also incorrectly coded Saskatchewan “Land of the Living Skies” as “Climate/Weather”
