    Isn’t the thumb on the wrong side? That’s the right side fist.

      You can go farther than that. You won’t really start breaking the spinous processes until your head is nearly on your ass.

      That is how my neck and back were broken 10 years ago riding a bicycle to work when a ‘car hit me,’ or rather, 2 cars in a complicated crash that sent my body through the back window of a Jeep Grand Cherokee but left my head and feet outside.

      When I was doing PT for the first 3 years, there were a bunch of ice skater girls working with my therapist too. You might be surprised at just how flexible they can be when they are training for it specifically from an early age. I can’t even turn my head left and they were like boneless play dough that can place their feet on their own shoulders backwards.
