    Just dont accidentally get ur cutting fluid on the boards it will cause them to be extra frictiony and well now u have an industrial vibrator

    Modulating your feed and speed helps, can find a sweet spot, cutting depth right? is this a very hard material or something.

      Yes but if you look at the front of the piece you can see the vibration was cut down dramatically

    Second of all, save on wood by telling the new guy to sit in it and antivibrate.

    Third of all - you have a pair of square steel nuts, hehehe (cubed screw heads doesn’t sound right/poetic enough).
