If you were to be without electronics for a one month vacation what would you do for entertainment?

Books, walking and cycling! Though doing sports without electronics would be a challenge for me.

I love dystopian science fiction, but really, anything where the story and the characters are nuanced and imperfect. Where the “good guys” are conflicted and sometimes selfish, and where the “bad guys” are human.

Oh, a cross country bike! That sounds like it would only be a matter of time before I came off it :P

It’s so light! It’s interesting, because when I read reviews, they all comment on how heavy it is compared to more expensive road bikes, but coming from my background with a hybrid, the road bike is SO light.

I mostly use it for commuting though, as a way of keeping up my fitness, and cross training for my running, which is my main interest. I average about 22km/h on my commutes. Much faster when I do dedicates rides on bike paths, but I don’t do them so much

I’m iny 40s and finally got help from a doctor about it after getting the runaround for decades.

Oh my God I am so retroactively angry.

Yep. I got diagnosed after my kiddo did, and it’s hard not to be angry at all of the missed opportunities and losses that it has caused me, because I simply wasn’t equipped to understand or work around the executive function deficits

Honestly, my changing relationship with my orientation. I struggled with how it impacted my sense of self and my place in the world and the queer community far more than I struggled with my gender identity

A friend who provides a safe supporting space to talk/exist when the rest of the world doesn’t is super valuable. The specifics don’t really matter :)

Make your support obvious and unambiguous
