Well, clearly Pat is in the wrong here. He will be fined and (I would guess) suspended for the start of next season, assuming someone picks him up. And it isn’t like he isn’t known for being hotheaded at times, but I would really like to know what the fans were saying, because this seems over the top, even for him.
As an OKC fan, I’m obviously required to hate Pat Bev down to my core, but I agree — I’d like to know what happened to cause him to do that because he doesn’t just throw the ball for no reason.
Yeah Pat has to be smarter and definitely should reach out an apologize to the woman that got hit and offer some sort of compensation. I am interested to hear what the guy said. Really shouldn’t be throwing a ball at a fan either way especially when your someone like Pat that talks a lot of shit but some fans these last couple years have really been pushing the line with what they’re saying.
Edit: It’s being reported the thing that pushed him to do it was “Cancun on 3”. If that’s true it’s unbelievably week from Beverly lol
