When you say the bond was successfully issued, it doesn’t mean much if it’s not accepted. If you read thr court’s note there is a list of items he must provide.
Point is he’s already convinced a lender to give him the money, now just has to successfully post that bond with the courts.
The title made it sound more like the court refused to allow that form/origin of payment, making him find a new source of funds; a much bigger deal than what’s actually happening. Just his usual games/pushing boundaries.
