Have you read that article? The sources claiming it are all mainstream media sources, and the sources discrediting it are all academic articles.
It wouldn’t be the first time that mainstream media and academia have diverged on a subject.

For the claim that Russia committed a terrorist attack on its own soil? That’s a claim you’re making.
Did I say they did this terrorist attack on “their” own soil, or did I express doubt at their laughable assertions ISIS-K is a branch of Ukraine?
