The one time our intelligence agents did our own work they rated the Israeli accusations against UNRWA as “low confidence” which is the Intel world version of pressing F to doubt.
In the one soundbite I heard, it definitely sounded like she was more enthusiastic about one part than another part. So that checks out, I guess.
