This happens often at places like Walgreens. They don’t order the standard grocery size rolls of toilet paper or paper towels. That way they can have what looks like an amazing sale/loss leader — but in fact you aren’t getting a bargain.

Yeah. Noticed this with Scott facial tissues as well.

Probably a lower quality, too.
