Like if you’re 16 and that’s the legal age, you’re still a minor. Can’t vote, can’t buy a pistol or drink, but you can have sex.

I’m no lawyer, but if I understand it correctly, a minor is someone who is not an adult, but the legal age for intercourse can fall before this age.
Like if you’re 16 and that’s the legal age, you’re still a minor. Can’t vote, can’t buy a pistol or drink, but you can have sex.
