Scout: Hey look.

Panel 3

(Gus is seated on the floor with a defiant look on his face. His arms are secured behind him with what appears to be a restraint made of abomination goo. Behind him we can see just the feet and spear butt of a coven scout)

Scout (off-panel): The little trickster is awake.

Panel 4

(A scout is holding up Gus’ illusion sigil earring and inspecting it)

Scout: We are about to land.

(Close in on Gus’ upper body)

Gus: Where are you taking me?

(Wide shot of the main area of the airship. There are several coven guards in front of and behind Gus, all looking ahead in the direction the airship is flying)

Scout: See for yourself.

Scout (off-panel): The true capital of the Boiling Isles.

Panel 2

(Wide shot of the landscape. We appear to be somewhere high up, there is nothing but sky in the background. The central feature is a large spike coming up from the ground, as a part of the Titan. On the top is built a large castle, with further construction down towards the base. There are two large arches built on either side of the spike, as we saw previously in Bonesborough. Near the spike we can see one or two factories with tall smokestacks, and several buildings that look like a small village. On the right of the panel is the airship flying towards it)

Scout: The Kneecap.

Panel 3

(The airship is coming in for a landing. There is a coven scout on the ground with a blue magic circle around his finger, creating a large blue arrow directing them where to land. Beside him is a large crossbow aimed upwards towards the airship)

Panel 4

(Two coven scouts are walking Gus into a hallway. In the background we can see outside the entrance is the airship they came from. The walls look similar to Belos’ castle)

Scout: Look alive,

Scout: We are taking you to the Emperor.

(Gus looks to the side with a quizzical expression)

Gus: Who’s this… Emperor you kept mentioning?

(The scout turns his head to look towards Gus)

Scout: What do you mean?

Panel 3

(Blank background with just Gus, eyes wide and jaw dropped with shock)

Scout (off-panel): It’s Emperor Belos, of course.

Panel 4

(From behind and to the side we see Gus standing in a large room. There are several coven scouts in a row in front of him. Beyond them we see several stairs leading up to a raised dais. A larger-than-normal scout in a darker uniform is standing on the dais with their arms crossed. Near him, on the edge of the panel, we can see part of an empty throne)
