Amazon Prime Day is here. And, once again, experts are warning consumers of scams. Scams targeting online shoppers — often by impersonating companies like Amazon and other major retailers — are nothing new.

    As with the last Prime Days, absolutely nothing on my wish list is discounted. It’s all just random-named crap they’re clearing out of their warehouses along with their own devices like Kindles.

    Prime Day is a good opportunity to see if there’s a good deal in your extant lists. But unless it’s your birthday, it’s not the time to try to seek out random deals.
