The loudest person in the crowd is not always the smartest. The best way to deal with these people is to drown out their voices with the truth. You likely can’t change their mind, but hopefully you can stop other people from believing them.

They’re trying to advance the hypothesis that the shooting was a distraction from the release of the Epstein documents, and calling it a false flag, but that doesn’t make sense on a linguistic level
