These were laid by Azure Blues, a blue egg laying variety of White Leghorn.

    I’ll ask a dumb question: Are the egg’s “insides” different looking than normal eggs? Any photo of the birds? :)

      Eggs, like humans, are all the same on the inside no matter what they look like on the outside. I can tell you that chicken eggs, duck eggs, turkey eggs, goose eggs, and quail eggs all taste basically the same. I’m trying to post chicken pictures but I’m rate limited. Apparently I’m only allowed to post so many egg pictures at one time.
