nah that’s the right response. there’s nothing to be said. you came in for a burger, they cant give you a burger, no need to waste more time than that

While that does seem efficient, there’s no way I wouldn’t be too curious to ask what in the living hell is going on that a McDonald’s can’t produce a burger.

One time I was about done with my order when I said that I wanted curly fries with it. When the cashier said they don’t have them atm I’d let them cancel my order and left. No shame in that

But they DO have a cheeseburger on the menu. So either they were out or the clerk was just fucking with him.

Whatever the case may be, anon IS a beta for just accepting no as answer and not trying to figure out which of these was true.

Honestly I want to do this sometimes when someone pulls into my Burger King drive thru and asks if we have a cheeseburger meal.

    Burger King.

Asking if we have a cheeseburger meal.

No sorry you’ll have to go somewhere else.

    > Work at mcdonalds

    > All out of burgers until the delivery in 2 hours.

    > Still breakfast hours.

    > Guy rolls up “Yeah can I get a cheeseburger”

    > Shocked at his question.

    > Just flat out say “no.”

    > Awkward silence

    > Car Drives off

    > 2 hours later get delivery

Do you think someone would do that? just go on the internet and tell lies?

I’d be worried what they’d do to my food if I insist they make something. I’d just go to a different location.

        Not where I’m from, chappy.

Behold the above - No greeting or recognition of the other person, no please, no thanks. Not “could you let me have” but “Can I get”

Yanks here wondering why people are rude to them when they go abroad lmao

Dude, this isn’t the 1950’s anymore.

Asking for a cheeseburger like that is not an affront to society, nor it is rude just because it doesn’t use the special words.

It is asking for a cheeseburger, not if they may dump asbestos on your powdered wig.
