Brother does this shit too. And as a bonus, some of them run an automatic cleaning cycle on a recurring schedule that uses up all the yellow ink.
Can confirm. Printer currently collecting dust because it doesn’t want to acknowledge a 3rd party color ink cartridge, so it won’t print black…
