I think like Reddit, only admins can see. I wouldn’t worry though as more people seem to be upvoting than downvoting!

I also think there is more random downvoting here, because the posts often show up in lemmy’s main page and everyone can see. Something like that

It’s not possible to unfortunately. I’m guessing it’s a mix of her loser posse, and then the random people who stumble upon this page and out of context we appear like bullies
You can ask lemm.ca admins (listed at the bottom of the sidebar) if you think you are getting brigaded.
They might ban users who would only downvote without contributing.
