The Oregon Senate passed a bill updating laws around electric bicycles on Monday. It's named for a Bend teen killed in a collision while riding an e-bike last summer.

    This honestly makes me furious:

    A 15-year-old boy… e-bike

    the teen was riding with a passenger on the back.

    They were riding … on the sidewalk

    The teen who died was not wearing a helmet, police said.
