Hi, is anyone else experiencing involuntary limb movement in sleep?

I was put on a Parkinson’s drug (small dose before bed) which was effective at first but isn’t really working now.

I’m calling the specialist tomorrow to discuss it but wanted to see if anyone here had a similar issue?

I don’t take any Parkinson’s drugs, and I haven’t been diagnosed with Parkinson’s either. However, I usually experience involuntary tremors when I’m transitioning from being awake to falling asleep. It happens in both my arms and legs. I usually don’t even realize it until my wife asks me to give her more space. 😂

Yeah, I get that too — It’s worse when the neighbour has his thumper going too. Anyone else experienced heavy bass waves travelling through their body causing it to shudder. Seems to affect the central nervous system. I’m talking about powerful thumpers, more than my system, which is 300 peak watts. The neighbour’s system seems to be one of those outdoor speakers one sees at an outdoor concert, similar to those at Cherry Beach in the summer. Thanks.
