Alphabet Inc.’s Google is laying off hundreds of staff working on its digital assistant, hardware and engineering teams, the company said as it continues its drive to cut costs.

    I own a few of the Assistant displays and they are becoming more confused with the same daily commands for home automation.

    I’m not sure if this will make things worse or better at this point.
