    It’s not devs, it’s the managers that tell the devs to build dumbass rules like that into the games

      Shouldn’t have went with a publisher. “Just following orders” is never valid.

      Alright, sure, but anybody who chooses to work at places like Activision or Bethesda at this point knows exactly what they’re signing up for.

        Yeah honestly fuck anyone making video games that have microtransactions, they should risk homelessness and destitution before they make a game where you have to pay for costumes

        I for one would sooner die than contribute to a game with seasonal content

          LMAO nobody with a real programming background or industry experience in art is risking homelessness, unless they’re at least a little less than mentally competent.
