I do recall a meme where Bert thought incorrectly that his new friend was saying he hated “Juice”.

The friend pictured had a short moustache, and wore a brown shirt with Red arm bands and a inverted Indian symbol.

Not sure I’ve seen anything else in that lane though but there was a evil Bert segment at one point.
