You’d be amazed how many people driving daily don’t and have never had a license. Used to be a police dispatcher, shit happens all the damn time.

$39 ticket but the judge will reduce it to $19.99 if you actually pay it.

The individual whom put this up might not be the original owner of the vehicle. There’s a possibility someone vandalised the vehicle
