It really nails how misinformation spreads online. “Here’s some cool sounding bullshit I read on the internet!” “Wow that’s so cool, I believe it!” “Sounds like it might be bullshit, let’s ask someone with knowledge of the subject.” “It’s pretty much bullshit.” The only part that’s missing is rednecks uttering death threats to the smart one.
I think the brilliance of this one is a bit meta. It really nails how misinformation spreads online.
