    Hydration and sun protection. Also don’t smoke and limit the alcohol.

        Never too late to start/change into healthy habits!

        Can still make you feel better? I used to drink around six pints a night :/ whittled it down to like 3 pints a week max after COVID.

          I don’t actually drink much anymore and I do hydrate and stay out of the sun. I was being facetious. Badly, apparently.
