We urge Paramount to listen to the voices of millions of fans who are yearning for more adventures in the Starfleet Academy. Renewing the show for a third season is not just a business decision; it’s about continuing a legacy, honouring storytelling, and nurturing a global community of Trekkers.

Ok, so we’re all wrong.
They cancelled the show because no one watched it, despite free episodes.
They put the show on a small niche streamer that doesn’t have an audience in the demographic that the show was made for.
The show did much better on Amazon channels than on Paramount+ — ranking 1 or 2 across its run. That tells you that the problem is that Paramount+ has narrowed its audience to Sheridanverse fans, not that the show isn’t good.
Every show Paramount+ has tried to attract the younger GenZ audience with has failed. And the streamer is failing — which is why Paramount has been bought and the streamer will be merged with HBO Max.
That my take as well. I’ve only seen one ep and I liked it. I just haven’t found the time to get access to it bc I won’t subscribe to bullshit services.
It’s not that you’re “all” wrong, it’s that you insist nobody else is right to like something you decided you didn’t without watching it.
There were people who followed the show and liked it. The number of signers to the petition vastly outnumber the downvotes to my posts sharing it here. You can deal with that gracefully, or continue as you started 🤷
