Until something is officially declared a crime and a legal accusation is made, people are officially, legally innocent. Which means everyone saying “Epstein didn’t kill himself” or “Donald Trump is involved in a child trafficking operation”, is a conspiracy theorist.
Courts determine criminal liability withing the justice system. They do not determine truth itself. When properly designed and used, the legal system should trend towards truth, but actual truth is a separate thing entirely. The unifying aspect of conspiracy theorists is completely naive epistemology. You guys are actually doing epistemology but you just refuse to actually look at the thousands of years of work that’s been done in the field across civilizations all over the world.
