Every governor should be demanding the same for their states.

The federal government stole that money from Americans and should be liable for paying it back. They can’t brag that they’ve made billions in tariff money when it was stolen from Americans. Because of their actions the federal government will likely lose billions if they were forced to pay it back which would be rightfully owed.

They wont pay it back though because so one is there to enforce it.
