    It is my understanding that it is common in NZ/AUS to leave the “that” out which is implied.

        To expand further the implication is that the whole proposition is simple and ‘Simple As’ is the end of the conversation, much like ‘End of’ which likewise suggests that no further analysis is needed.

      Having known a few Aussies, I have never heard them leave out “that”. It fits in though with some of the other oddities in dialect they have.
