Looks like you need access verify the phone number is yours to unlist unfortunately
Despite being a product I’ve never heard of before either, apparently tens of millions of people have installed it from the Google Play Store.
Most likely, they’re getting that info from data aggregators/resellers. Telling them to delete your number is just treating the symptom
