President Donald Trump on Thursday falsely claimed he had eliminated a provision of the U.S. tax code that bans 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, including churches, from endorsing or opposing political candidates.
How many of his supporters would have a minister (or whichever title) saying bad things about him though? Though guess Catholics probably vote Republican for the abortion stance and the Pope hasn’t been kind to ‘the Cheeto’s’ actions. I guess I answered for myself but leaving the comment.
In the end I imagine it’s fewer than I’d like to hope. Just chisel at the sides of support until you have the fanatics and the rest wonder why their faces were eaten by leopards.
