It’s a spinner that shows up when something is loading, like pulling a docker container or something like that.

Please I’m begging you I’d pay for a fix at this point. It needs to fill all the dots.
Damn, is it bugging you that much? Those spinner annimations really are made to look like that (with only three dots being filled at a time). I’m guessing it would be a bit hard to change those animations. You could maybe change the characters the programs use for the animation, but that could mess with the correct rendering of certain programs in the terminal. You could also change that in the source code of the programs you use, but that would require you to find where the change must be done and recompile for every program you use.
While we’re at it, could you do a drawing of how you think the animation should look like?
