I’m to that age where I take great joy in comparative shopping. I’m sure I could have saved a few more bucks if I had shopped around a bit more, but this wasn’t bad.
Total was $66.64.

Good haul. I like deals. We reduced our bill by buying the dried beans in bulk and rehydrating overnight and then a simmer.
And I found this brand Jasmine tomato paste that comes in a huge jar, and two spoons of that mixed with a cup or two of water ( and spices) makes a better tasting pasta sauce than any store bought sauce we can buy here. The jar is $6 and I can get 10+ dinners out of it as pasta or ratatouille, or soup base etc
