    Thousands of Quebec-based Bombardier’s business jets operate in the U.S., and its recently-divested CRJ passenger jets are operated by several regional American airlines.

    So halt air travel and tourism in the US by both Canadians and Americans and force American airliners to buy brand new aircraft? Am I reading that correctly?
