    gas station owners had ample time to make, given that the law passed in 2014. Efforts to idle single-walled tanks have in fact been ongoing for decades in California and nationwide. Yet Kim and other gas station franchisees see these construction projects as so expensive and onerous that they aren’t worth pursuing.

    wtf is this article for… is this sympathy for people who knew the law changed, refused and accepted they would close… or is this sympathy crap defined to defend gas companies wanting zero laws/rules/regulations.

      It’s to explain why some of our local gas stations are fenced up.

      I’ve encountered 2 of them just this week.

      They’re still listed as open, but when I arrived, they were fenced.
