I noticed this for quite some time now: Regular discussions or simple questions just like in the last post about the difference of anarchism over libertarianism get downvoted hard but nobody gives a damn about providing some info or just explaining their point of view. I understand that people may use downvotes to show their disagreement but why don’t they specify their opinion with just one simple sentence?
Back when I was on reddit I wondered if it was people browsing all and not actually going into the post. Just seeing the title and blurb and disagreeing with it.
