    Literally. My trainer has me training glutes 2x a week. Hip thrusts. Sumo squats. Leg extensions. Lunges. She’s full of shit.

      You mean your trainer isn’t bringing in household items for you to bend down and pick up? What a fucken liar. I also go to the gym 4-5 days a week.
